    Suction Pumps for Scars

Many people are very self-conscious about their rolling acne scars or other tethered scars.  The skin indentations that they sometimes produce can be very noticeable. Thankfully, there is a simple way to raise the skin and minimize the appearance of these scar tissues.

The method in question is a simple hand-operated suction pump specially designed for scar treatment. Some pumps come with suction cups in different sizes. The pump is sometimes referred to as a subcision-suction pump. This pump is capable of producing 800 mbar of pressure. The pressure is significant enough to elevate the indented skin and reduce the jagged appearance of the scars.

When the suction pump is used in combination with derma stamping (also called micro needling, subcision, derma needling, or rolling); the results can really be remarkable. A derma stamp is a special roller with titanium or surgical steel needles strategically arranged in rows all around the circumference of the roller. The needles are usually about 0.25 mm or 0.5 mm. The needles penetrate the skin without any bleeding and cause the body to immediately start repairing. This in turn results in healthier looking skin and so many other benefits.

Utilizing the acne suction pump will not produce lasting results after one use. However, noticeable results can be seen by many people after the initial use. Nonetheless, regular use of the pump is what is required in order for the skin to fully rejuvenate thus filling in those depressed areas due to scarring.

Natural Ways to Make Your Skin Glow

There are many ways to revitalize and rejuvenate the skin naturally. Some of these methods are very simple and affordable. Overall, all these natural methods not only make your skin glow but they also have other health benefits as well. A few of these methods include:

    •    A healthy dose of sunlight: The sun has been under attack for awhile. However, no one can deny the effectiveness and necessity of the sun’s power in producing vitamin D3 within the cells. Sunlight also has myriad of health benefits.
    •    Mud baths and clay masks: The naturally occurring minerals in mud and clay act as poultices when they are applied to the skin. They pull harmful chemicals and wastes from below the surface of the skin and deposit them on the outside for easy removal.
    •     Plant-based meals: Plants are high in naturally occurring antioxidants and so much goodness that is yet to be fully outlined by science.
    •    Water: Hydration is vital in maintaining the skins turgidity, removing wastes, and transporting and breaking down vitamins, et cetera.
    •    Hot and cold baths or washes: This causes oxygen-rich blood to rush to the skin in an attempt to moderate the temperature.
    •    Exfoliation: Removing dead skin cells by using any exfoliation process is always a good thing.
    •    Saunas: Saunas allow your body to perspire and rid itself of wastes and other unwanted elements.
    •    Natural hot springs: The minerals and other beneficial chemicals present in these baths have so many health benefits.

Getting Rid Of Unwanted Hair Permanently

Unwanted hair can be quite annoying and unattractive. When it comes to getting rid of hair on the legs, arms, pubic area, underarms, et cetera; it is good to know that there are permanent solutions. Although no one solution will get rid of the hairs with one application; the growth rate is significantly reduced after the first treatment.

There are three popular permanent hair removal methods and they are electrolysis, laser, and creams. Intense pulsed light (which includes products such as No! No! Hair) is also a well recognized form of permanent hair removal.

However, with new and improved laser technology, getting rid of unwanted hair is now not only more cost effective but less treatments are required to accomplish this. In addition to laser, there are effective permanent hair removal creams on the market as well.

Popular hair removal laser options include:
    •    Tria Hair Removal 4X: FDA cleared for home use.
    •    Silk’n Flash & Go: FDA cleared for home use.

Popular hair removal electrolysis product(s) include:
    •    Verseo ePen
Popular hair removal topical creams include:
    •    Olay Smooth Finish Facial Hair Removal Duo

Everyone will have different levels of success with each method. However, the truth of the matter is electrolysis is the only FDA recognized method of permanent hair removal. Electrology has been in use for the past 130 years. Even so, some people still do not obtain the desired results from a tried, tested, and proven method like electrolysis.
